The mission of the Randolph Technical Career Center is to provide technical career preparation, with opportunities for academic and social growth for area youth and adults.

Located in Randolph, Vermont, RTCC serves towns that send students to Randolph Union High School, Whitcomb Jr/Sr High School, Chelsea High School, Rochester High School, Williamstown Middle/High School, South Royalton High School, and Northfield Middle/High School.

Adults who have already graduated from high school are admitted on a space available basis. Adults who have not graduated from high school or have a G.E.D are considered as secondary students.
